Review from Vinum magazine – June 2025

Journalist Birte Jantzen examined Burgundy wines sold for less than €40 in Germany. A total of 174 samples were blind tasted. Her article has just been published in Vinum magazine, and we are pleased to see two of our Rully wines featured in it.

🍷 Rully 1er Cru Grésigny 2023 – 90 points
Fruity, with notes of incense, sandalwood, oriental spices, brioche, butter, apricot, lemon balm, and nectarine. It skillfully balances classicism and originality. With its melting freshness, juicy presence on the palate, and fine tannins on the finish, this Chardonnay is a wonderful match for the table.

🍋 Rully Chaponnière 2023 – 90 points
Aromas of buttery brioche with orange and apricot jam make this Chardonnay a charming surprise. Juicy and straightforward, with minty oak notes and a long finish, it wins the palate with its indulgent character.
