Curious or in love with wine, we welcome you to our familial estate. We will share with you the comprehension of the wines from Burgundy with pedagogy and simplicity.

You will leave with the keys to understand the five emblematic Côtes of Burgundy. You will have the explanation of the pyramid of the DOP/AOP and the specific terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise. And to finish, we will share with you our passion for the “climats” of Rully and Mercurey.

You will live this Burgundian immersion all the way visiting a plot to understand our work in the vineyard in the organic way. After a passage in the winery, the winemaking will have no more secret for you. We will end the tour with a tasting of 5 organic wines (villages and 1er crus).

We propose to share a moment together around a tasting of four organic wines from our DOP/AOP Rully and Mercurey (villages and 1er crus). We will reveal with simplicity the features of our terroirs in order to initiate you into the taste of our wines. You will leave with the essentials of the Côte Chalonnaise, our winemaking methods and the souvenir of a fun experience.

On the handlebars of an electrically assisted bike and accompanied by a member of the team, discover the terroirs of the estate.

During a 2-hour biking tour in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, you will enjoy the landscapes of Rully and Mercurey while understanding the life cycle of our vines and the characteristics of our plots. Several steps will allow us to tell you about our history, the history of the designations we work with, but also the values ​​we defend and the challenges of organic farming. Back to the estate, you will visit the winery to discover the trade secrets of our wines. We will end the excursion with a tasting of 3 organic wines (villages and 1er crus).

This biking tour will delight the greatest number!

With the summer time, the sunny days come back! So, what is better than to go to taste a wine in the heart of its production plot? A unique and friendly experience to discover our landscapes and the secrets of wines and vineyard.

From the estate, we will go to taste by foot 3 different organic wines on their production plot (villages and 1er crus). A great occasion to understand the vegetal cycle of the grapevines, the organic farming and the influence of our terroirs on the taste of the wine. From the vine to the bottle, our vintages and the designation Rully will not be a secret for you.

This tasting depends on the weather, in case of bad weather, we will propose to you a tour-tasting of the estate.

Flavours, smells, aromas… The art of tasting may appear complex. It’s in fact a true job of detective. At each stage, some clues allow us to identify the grape variety, the terroir, the winemaking and the maturation methods.

After several olfactory and taste experiences, you put into practice that you learnt tasting 4 organic wines (villages and 1er crus): to use your senses, to talk about what you feel when you taste, to choose the appropriate vocabulary, to know how to transmit that you understand of the wine.

This Burgundian sensory experience will go on with Gougères served with a glass of wine.

After an introduction to the wines of Burgundy and the Côte Chalonnaise, we go to a plot to understand the organic farming challenges.

Then, we will go to the winery, a real anthill during the harvest! The all team is mobilized. You will be able to see the different stages from the arrival of the grapes until the vat. Our wines won’t have any secrets for you !

We will end the tour in the tasting-cellar with a tasting of 3 organic wines (villages and 1er crus).
