The Ninot family has been coopers and winemakers since the 14th century. Their grandfather played a significant role in establishing and promoting the appellation. After his passing, the estate was divided among five children. One of them did everything to keep the legacy within the family but could only save their share and had to start over. Since 2003, his daughter Erell, joined by her brother Flavien in 2013, has managed the 13-hectare estate, which is now fully organic.
Rully 1er Cru Marissou 2022 ★★: This outstanding Premier Cru offers a rich and intense bouquet of violet, blackcurrant, black pepper, and raspberry. The palate, equally complex and expressive, is enhanced by notes of crisp cherry and rose, supported by fine tannins and a long finish full of freshness and fruit. A complete and harmonious wine to enjoy with grilled red meat.
Rully Chaponnière, red 2022 ★★: A very charming Rully with a fruity profile (raspberry, blackcurrant), smooth and fresh, ready to be enjoyed right away.
Rully La Barre, white 2022 ★: A lively, energetic white with length, minerality, and citrus notes. Perfectly suited for a seafood platter.
