Sensory experiences during Christmas hollidays
Two winemakers bend over backwards to make complex nectars with subtil aromas !
During Christmas hollidays, we propose to you from Monday to Friday, from 5 pm to 7 pm, to participate to our workshop-tasting “The taste of the wine” to discover its secrets and to measure your olfactory and taste perceptions! Fun experiences will lead us little by little to the tasting of three organic wines from the estate, followed by an exchange time around an aperitizer board and a glass of wine.

Flavours, smells, aromas… The art of tasting may appear complex. It’s in fact a true job of detective. At each stage, some clues allow us to identify the grape variety, the terroir, the winemaking and the maturation methods.
After several olfactory and taste experiences, you put into practice that you learnt: to use your senses, to talk about what you feel when you taste, to choose the appropriate vocabulary, to know how to transmit that you understand of the wine.
This Burgundian sensory experience will go on with a plate of regional products: charcuteries and cheeses served with a glass of wine.
