Erell and Flavien Ninot, a sister-and-brother team, manage this 13-hectare estate passed down from their father, located in Rully and Mercurey. Half of the production is Chardonnay, and the other half is Pinot Noir. Their philosophy is deeply rooted in respecting nature through organic farming. The dedication to excellence is evident in their wines. Their style improves every year, achieving more consistency and distinction, particularly in their reds. Among the whites, the Rully Chaponnière 2022 stands out as particularly successful.
